Steve Parode

Mr. Parode is the Deputy Director of Naval Intelligence (DDNI). In this capacity in the Information Warfare Directorate on the Staff of the Chief of Naval Operations, Mr. Parode delivers comprehensive intelligence assessments to Navy leadership, oversees intelligence activities and policies within the Navy, and represents the Navy in the Intelligence Community. Concurrently, Mr. Parode serves as the Director of Naval Intelligence Activity (DNIA), an Echelon 2 command that provides oversight and management of the Naval Intelligence Enterprise. Mr. Parode has served as DDNI and DNIA since November 2023.​

Sandra I. Brown

Ms. Sandra Brown is the Assistant Deputy Director of Naval Intelligence (ADDNI) and the Deputy Director of the Naval Intelligence Activity (DDNIA) in the Information Warfare Directorate (N2N6) on the Chief Naval Operations Staff.  She assists the Deputy Director of Naval Intelligence in the development and dissemination of intelligence support for Navy senior leaders and oversight and management of Navy intelligence programs as well as assists the Director of the Naval Intelligence Activity with the daily management of the activity, an Echelon II organization. Ms. Brown has served as ADDNI and DDNIA since 2018. In 2020, she accepted additional duties as Director of the N2N6 Intelligence Division, an Echelon I organization. In this capacity, she serves as the resource sponsor for National and Military Naval Intelligence funds.
